Design Offices leases Upper Westend Carree

Shortly after completing the repositioning concept for Upper Westend Carree, Oceans & Company secured a tenant for the units which had lain vacant for more than 3 years. From August 2017, 'Design Offices', an innovative business centre which will offer clients almost 4,100 sqm of modern, high-quality workspace, will be available in Gervinusstrasse 17.

Upper Westend Carree has been repositioned by Oceans & Company over the past 12 months and re-introduced to the market.
